Daily 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Cafe Madeleine offers a full selection of sealed to-go salad and sandwich options.
Daily 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shabbos Meals
The Hyatt offers a full sit-down Friday night Shabbat dinner and Shabbat lunch in Cinko restaurant.
Shabbat meal reservations must be in by Thursday 12:00pm.
A space to light Shabbat candles will be made available at Cinko restaurant.
Friday evening and Shabbat lunch is a full sit-down restaurant-style service.
One can opt to reserve only dinner, only lunch, or both. Be sure to reserve your choice accordingly.
Motzei Shabbos
The Knosh food truck opens 30 minutes after Shabbos and remains open for one hour.

Please note: Cinko restaurant, Knosh food truck, and the Cinko Shabbat meals are a project of the Hyatt Baha Mar. There are no other Kosher food establishments in the Bahamas.
CinKo and Knosh are under the strict supervision of Chabad of the Bahamas.
All Kosher options will be closed over Passover 2026
Cinko will be open for Yom Tov meals over Shavuos.
Kosher Groceries

You'll be surprised to find that there is quite a variety of kosher food products in the local grocery stores!
All grocery shops on the island carry many basic Kosher items.
A selection of Kosher Chicken, Meat, Challah and deli meats can be found at Oasis grocery, a 10 minute drive from the airport. They offer delivery all over the island.
Kosher wine can be found at the 'Flying Dutchman' wine store in Cable Beach. (5 min drive from the Baha Mar)
